A quick update from us.

Flat related, but good news!!!

Freeholder after a final letter from us (but I think he got elsewhere), has agreed that the situation with our bathroom leak is not acceptable and it is going to be fixed shortly. We can then get a new bathroom ceiling – HORRAY!!!

Its all over (as such).

So, thank you for putting up with us going on so much about the flat, its been really exhausting and all consuming but hopefully we will be back on track shortly.
