Latest News
King of the Mountain has entered the official chart at no.4 and Kate would like to thank everyone who bought the single.

No probs Kate!
Actually, I have just done an image search on google for a picture of the new album, Ariel (out this Monday - go buy it) so I did an initiail search on Kate Bush in images - and you know what, I wouldn't if I were you. I think I might drop the team in EMI an email about this...Pagge two as well so it wasn't even that tenuousus.

Ho Hum, not much news really. I am on day 11 now of this non-smoking business Hoorayay! And no laspes despite Transport for London's attempt on my life, going to a few pubs and having a few drinks (indeed, my first ever white wine spritzers -a drink that really can only be ordered when wearing shoulder pads). Helen and I withdrew our offer on the flat. Various reasons but mainly because you couldn't get to the bathroom without going through bedroom. Well, wouldn't want to disturb Helen, Christine or Marie*Claire who might be having a nap mid way through a party!! So back to the search. Will update.

Percy is likely to be written off. Feel free to expect a blog entitled 'bangers and mash' as I embark on getting a new motor.

Random question - I wouldn't say I am top of my game fashion wise, but I try to keep a breast of things and have recently added a horizontal striped skinny to the wardrobe. However I am more then aware of the fact I just can't get it right at work. I have in the past - teamed a navy belt with black trousers (I think that can be attributed to poor lighting levels when getting dressed), brown shoes, black or grey trousers (way before that briefly became hipp-ish), orange jumpers with black trousers that had a pink pin stripe. Trousers that are toooooo long, trousers that are too big, trousers so tight nothing much was left to the imagination, and the classic red bra/white blouse combo. Today I am in a very classic look - bland black trousers, white blouse and black v-neck over the top. Of course toppeded off with flat black shoes. I look more like a

waitress! I do of course wear suits a fair bit and they are quite fail safe (although I do own a denim blue-ish one....) but even then I can't seem to jazz these up! I just don't get the line - why do I get it sooooo dull??? What are the rules of scarves (not the neck warming types - I am amply equipped there), big earrings, shoes - what heels can be worn all day?? Asscorieses in general?? Am I alone? Or does anyone else suffer this anguish every morning? Quick, before I ask Sue and Trinny for help!

Well, I look forward to your inspired responseses and will promise to adopt all advice granted (within reason - I would say no to fur).

Speak soon, hope all are well!

Lots of Love

Katty xxxxx

PS - Just done a spell check which has done some crazy things to the text - sorry!

I'm rubbish, and would love to be ones of these people that can throw an outfit together, accessorize it, and look fabulous! I have a go, but in vein, think if I look clean and tidy and not from Reading 'that'll do'. I should make more effort. You can never go wrong with black kitten heels though.

Hi it's Mum, no point in me giving you any proper fashion advice ehh! So just please yourself with what you wear and if anyone makes a derogatary comment say "Hey dude this is creativity in action.... I'm just way ahead of my time in the fashion stakes, which makes ME a real trend setter" The only other thing I can add is that when you develop your own style that your cool about, you WILL be in fashion from time to time but you just cannot predict when!!
Luv Mum
