Its me, I'm Katty I'm moving ho-ho-home!

Hi!
Well, here we are – completing this Friday, moving Saturday, scrapping the remains of Allie off the road Sunday (note to self – must teach Allie about the highway code).

Can you believe it?! We have been looking to buy for ages now – firstly in east London, then a part buy, then a full buy and finally we settled in Hounslow. I dare say I am on the brink of tears 24/7 – normally the cooler more relaxed member of the outfit Kat and Helen – its now Helen going “look, just calm down, I’ll make you a cup of tea”. Yesterday at her parents she interjected on my behalf to make the public service announcement of “don’t ask Kat anything – she’ll cry”. And its true. Saturday morning as Helen is buzzing about I am lying on the bed considering admitting myself to a Bupa care home because it would just be easier. I never have before felt such an overwhelming blanket of hopelessness drape over me. I have even forbidden Helen talking about the new place because its all too much. I know I will be in my element co-ordinating people on Saturday but its that little bit of week that happens between then and now.

I am not all at lost however – I am reading an excellent book about a 1960’s gang leader – I don’t know why I find reading about extreme violence relaxing, but it worked and has got to be better then consuming any ‘Calms’ or whatever they are called. I may still though, but just for the sake of science.

Ok, I shall go back to worrying – I am currently convinced our solicitor won’t get everything done in time.
